The site doesn't accept my username and password even though I know I'm typing it correctly. What do I do?

Providing that you have given a valid email then once you sign up, you should receive an email giving you the username and password that you signed up to the site with.

One of the most common failures to login is because the person mistyped their username when signing up - so the email is important. Contact Us (details at the bottom of the main site) is you have a problem.

The other common problem is having the Caps Lock on when typing the password.

You can also reset your password on the login page if it is really won't accept your password. Of course, you must have supplied a valid email address for this to work, as it mails you the details of your new password.


The site appears to have accepted my username and password, but as soon as I try to do something I just get logged back out. What's going on?

We needed to change the cookies on the site, and unfortunately that means that the cookies and cached files in your browser are clashing with the new cookies being created for the site.

To resolve this you need to delete the cookies and cached files from your browser, and then restart your browser. If you are unsure how to do this, then try one of the search results that comes up from the search below:

im having the same problem i have to log in every time i come on to the sight ive done what youve suggested but its still the same im on AOL

In the next couple of weeks, I'll be uploading the new site, which has a new forum and, hence, a slightly different login mechanism. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem once and for all. If not, we'll make sure we get to the bottom of it.

Not sure what you mean, the login is shared by the site and the forum. Do you mean that you stay logged in on the forum, but as soon as you switch to the site you get logged out?
